My Weight Loss Journey

At the end of the summer 2019 my doctor recommended that I lose weight in order to help control my asthma.  I chose a plan called intermittent fasting.  With this plan I fast from 7:00PM to 11:00AM daily.  I can eat between 11:00AM to 7:00PM.  In order to keep myself on track I am going to post pictures and stats on this page.
